This is the web site of Fuzzy Productions, LLC and Oklacon, an annual named event that Fuzzy Productions, LLC produces. Our postal address is located on our contact page.

For each anonymous visitor to our Web page that does not attempt to log into the system, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's IP address, domain name, and user agent header. Each user that attempts to log into the site may be issued a cookie, which is used to track a user's login session. No personally-identifying information is directly stored in cookies that are transmitted to end-users, such as name or date of birth.
When creating a website account, we collect and store your e-mail address, real legal name, postal address, telephone number, and date of birth. In certain situations, we may share this information with third-parties:
- If you register for the convention for a "Furry Fiesta Dual Pass", Oklacon shall transmit your real name, address, badge name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, t-shirt size, emergency contact's name and phone number, and gender to the Dallas Regional Anthropormorphic Meeting Association (D.R.A.M.A.), the legal entity which operates Furry Fiesta, for the purpose of registering you in their system. Oklacon does not transmit this information for any attendee other than those that register for such a dual pass to D.R.A.M.A.
- If an attendee presents a danger to himself or others, Oklacon may be compelled to share name, address, and emergency contact information with the park rangers of Roman Nose State Park and other law enforcement agencies as may be required to ensure the safety and security of both registered attendees and the general public. One such use of this information would include, but is not limited to, if an attendee goes missing at the convention, Oklacon would transmit this information to the park rangers to fill out a missing persons report.
- Laws in the State of Oklahoma prohibit some registered sex offenders from visiting any public-use state park. Oklacon reserves the right to screen registrants' first and last names through the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) operated by the US Department of Justice to ensure no registered sex offenders register for Oklacon. The NSOPW does not retain this information; these names are input into a query function at NSOPW to determine if there is a 100% positive match between an Oklacon registrant and a registered sex offender. Offenders who do register will be privately contacted and their memberships cancelled to comply with the laws related to the public lands at Roman Nose State Park.
- We may share the state and country portion of your postal address and the month and day of your birthdate, and listing of previous Oklacon events you have attended with other members who have created a website account. We do not, however, share your e-mail address, real legal name, full postal address, telephone numbers, or full date of birth / age with any other website account holder. Optional information about yourself will be collected and shared with other website account holders only if you elect to provide it, including your sexual orientation, relationship status, and IM handles. Optional information about your fursona, or furry character, will be shared with other website account holders only if you elect to provide it, including your character's species, biography, and furry code. Any option that provides a 'No comment' selection is considered optional and will not be shared unless you provide an alternate value.
Oklacon never shares full attendee lists with other vendors, dealers, or artists, like many real-world commercial conventions do.
Other information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, and may be used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes of Fuzzy Productions events. In addition, we retain your details to expedite return-visitors to Fuzzy Productions events. We retain this information indefinitely after you provide it for security and historical reasons.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive critical information via US mail; we do not perform any type of regular promotion or marketing activities to your postal address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with critical information regarding registrations they have placed on-line. We do not perform any type of regular promotion, marketing activity, or casual contact to your telephone number.
With respect to ad servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will update this privacy policy in accordance with the new usage and provide a reasonable advance notification of this change. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, transaction information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address.
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. We do not store credit card information on this site or in our own databases; we instead utilize PayPal for all secure transactions, and only they store and process secure payment details. We do not retain any ability to perform financial transactions (card not present actions) without your direct involvement. Because this site is not secure, choose a password that is not the same as any other password you may use.
